I'm trying to add a payment account into a property in the monetisation manager for my app, but when I'm trying to add the payment account, I got redirected, why?

I am encountering an issue while setting up Facebook Audience Network ads for my application. When I access my Monetization Manager and attempt to add a new payout account by clicking "Add a new payment account," I am redirected back to the Monetization Manager homepage.

I would appreciate it if you could advise on how to resolve this issue and successfully add a payout account for my Facebook Audience Network setup.
