I have a mobile app built using React Native, and I'm running Facebook ads to attract more users. I've integrated react-native-fbsdk-next (https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-native-fbsdk-next) into my app and connected it with Facebook Apps. I'm receiving events like Active App and App Installs in the events dashboard. However, when I run an app installation ad in Facebook Ad Manager and connect the ad account to the developer account, the campaign results don't show any "Mobile App Install" results, even though I've tested installations by clicking the ad. What could be going wrong, and how can I get app installation results to show up in the Ad Manager dashboard?
