Issue with sending notifications via WhatsApp API

Hello,

I am facing an issue with sending notifications via the WhatsApp API. Currently, the application is properly configured, with the authentication token and phone number identification correctly set. However, we are observing inconsistent behavior when sending messages to users.

Here are the details of the problem:

  • Some notifications are delivered correctly, but many others do not reach the users.
  • Only the first two messages are sent to users, after which they no longer receive
  • The issue occurs intermittently: after some messages are delivered, the following ones fail for no apparent reason.
  • I have already checked the logs of my application, and no clear errors were detected in the requests sent to the API.
  • I also noticed there was a recent outage in the WhatsApp Cloud API, as informed in the platform status. Could this be related?

I would like to request assistance to check:

  • If there is any additional blocking or limitation on my account or in the message sending.
  • If there is any additional configuration I need to adjust, considering the "pending review" alert that appears on the API configuration dashboard.
  • If it is possible to get more details about any potential errors that might be affecting the message delivery.
