App Access is restricted even though we have resolved all specified violations

We received an email notice about our app being restricted because we have not responded to their requests for information about violations to the terms and conditions of usage. However, we have been constantly in touch with Meta through the app Dashboard and have resolved all violations. As you can see in the attached screenshot, even though all violations has been resolved long ago, the app is still restricted and we can use the Instagram API which is hurting our business. We appreciate any assistance that anyone can provide.

Yeah, finally got through to Facebook through an old thread in the business direct support feature. They said that they would look into the issue. Let's hope they get this resolved soon.

Thanks for that. Meta has lifted our app restrictions but have now indicated new violations and we are now trying to deal with that...
