We do not have access to the Business account that manages our Facebook account. The company that started our page and was the only admin has got a restriction on their account that they never appealed and now there is no way that we as the owners of the business can claim ownership. - This has been confirmed by Meta support. We have to start a new account and FB page. Any suggestions on what would be the best way to restart? We have 1K likes • 1.2K followers on our current page that we would like to carry over to the new page if at all possible. Our reviews, photos everything will be lost. Has anyone had the same experience?
