Access Token

We have configured whatsapp account and everything is verified and working. However, when creating a new user system access token, we cannot assign whatsapp asset to it, since there is no whatsapp assets shown on the dialog. Why is that? Maybe it relates to the fact that we connected a partner to this whatsapp account - zendesk? Can we still work with the same whataspp account/number after connecting a partner or we need to create additional whatsapp account ?
