I've been requested by the Review team to provide a FB test account credentials, however due to the 2FA I'm also requested to set recovery codes. I tried to do so, but the "additional methods" option of the 2FA shows empty. Can I disable 2FA entirely?

You shouldn't provide actual account and credentials, but real test accounts (which are currently not available for creation unless you have existing test accounts).

I’m facing the same issue. The evaluator recommended generating recovery codes and sending real accounts with those codes. However, now my accounts have stopped displaying the recovery codes.
