Why am I getting an Empty Response Error every time I try to create ads using Ads APIs with my ad account, while the same ads work fine with a different ads manager?

Receiving an Empty Response Error every time I attempt to create ads using Ads APIs with my ad account. My other FB Ads manager account working fine.
