Uploading a document photo for Business Verification leads to a stuck page. It's been this way for days now. No matter how many devices I try to upload from, either mobile or desktop, it always leads to a blank "loading" box. I can't proceed with Business Verification, which is what I need to obtain Advanced Access to the Marketing API.
How do I fix this? I've tried uploading different kinds of photos in different formats, and it still isn't working. Just gets stuck at this page.
For anyone seeing this at a later date, I got it to work, but I had to repeat the file upload process probably about 20 times by refreshing the page and going through the prompt dialogues repeatedly until it worked. I with Facebook spent more time building a quality support team with real people rather than using a sketchy automated process.
