How to delete an old catalog that doesn't appear in my WhatsApp Manager acconut

When trying to connect with an Official WhatsApp BSP I recieve the alert that there is already a catalog connected to the account and when accessing the account the connected catalog does not appear. If there is a catalog connected, I need to delete the connection so that I can proceed with the inclusion of a new correct catalog. No connected catalog appears in the WhatsApp number, nor it appear in the WhatsApp Manager.

I'm using an official Meta API and it doesn't allow me to access the WhatsApp Business account through the application. I only access the account through the WhatsApp Manager on Meta.
