Intermittent webhook for leadgen

Some of our clients are reporting intermittent lead entries from leadgen webhook. Could you check if there is any issue? Is anyone else facing this situation?

Same here, I'm using Make, Zapier and Hubspot (Nativa Integration) this error continues.
