I'm trying to use the Whatsapp api to test an application just for myself (a verified recipient) using the meta Test phone number. But I get this error about Messaging being unavailable and alerts that need review (clicking it doesn't show any alerts). When I try to call the API I get:

Object with ID '<business phone number ID>' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation.
