Hi! I'm currently developing a web app that integrates with Facebook login feature and require guidance on creating a test user for the review process.

In short, I want to create login credentials that I can provide for the app review process so that a reviewer can login to test out my app.

I cannot add a test user form App Roles/Test Users because according to the official document below, the feature to create test users from App Dashboard is disabled currently. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/development/build-and-test/test-users/

Furthermore, I cannot add a test user to App Roles/Roles. Even if I manually create a temporary test account from facebook register page, then I have to register for developer account by providing phone number, which I do not have for this temporary account. (*I used up my phone number for my FB account.)

Could you provide instructions or resources on how to do this efficiently? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
