I have an instagram chatbot that when a user messages our instagram account for the first time it will go ahead and pull the basic display details. Sometimes our users give feedback and we need these details to be able to know who to direct message back manually.

The issue is for some reason I am hitting rate limits. I see I have used around 4000 calls in 1 day. We are roughly getting 1000 new users every day. So the rate limits seem to not make sense. In the docs it says that each active user gets 200 calls per hour. So that means our limits should be around 1000 * 200 which is way more than 400.

Can someone please explain to me how the rate limits for gr:get:IGBusinessScopedID work and why its different and how we can make sure we don't get rate limited in the future please.
