My phone number stopped receiving message callbacks

I wouldn't have sent this to a forum, but Facebook has no customer support... 🤦🏻‍♂️

Anyway, I'm developing a very simple WhatsApp Bot to collect photos from people about different problems around the university campus. I registered my landline phone number and developed a basic webhook endpoint. Everything was working perfectly, then suddenly the phone number stopped sending message callbacks.

I tried everything (delete app, create new, remove WhatsApp Business Account and recreate) nothing works. Notice that I can verify the webhook URL (meta sends the token and I answer with the correct challenge). Then it enables the callback subscription. Unfortunately from that point on no call is made to my webhook.

I have a warning in [App Dashboard].[WhatsApp].[API Setup] that says "Messaging may be unavailable. Review issue". I click on the link and there's no information at all about any possible problem. The only red alert I have is about "Improve message quality". The fact is that I have sent only 6 messages using the "Hello world!" template to check if the test number was working and the same with the landline one.

I'm really out of options. I'd like to stress that it was working, but then it suddenly stopped, without any change in my server configuration.

I'm experiencing the same issue, my bots are working correctly, but when I try to activate a new number, I'm not receiving the messages in my system. I'm not even accepting the "Hello Word" message.
