It stopped working in September. My application enables the feature for phone numbers and expects to receive the request_welcome_message webhook: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/phone-numbers/conversational-components/#welcome-messages , but Meta doesn't send the expected webhook. Does anyone know when does Meta plan to fix the welcome messages feature?
