Catalogue id`s don`t match with my website category_id`s
1

Hello. Our goal is to launch dynamic advertising. Problem with matching category_ids from catalog and website id`s.

https://business.facebook.com/commerce/catalogs/7360275450721988/events/sources/7628586293827399?business_id=1570077883486755&eventType=ViewContent

It says here that product id in the catalog are not tagged with product id on the site.

The developer reports that the id's completely match, I attach a screenshot from testing events.

Website is foreverqueenbrand.com

Pixel ID 7628586293827399

Commerce catalogue ID is 7360275450721988

What can be the error?

👋 Hello Olga, I understand your problem, I am 100% sure you did not send accurate data on your analytics platform (Product ID, name, type, currency, value, etc.). Also you did not enable DataLayer, Facebook Conversion API Tracking. Right?

Do you know what is DataLayer? The dataLayer is a product's and user information ( Purchase event { mail, firstname, lastname, country, city, zipcode, etc } ) information like ( itemid, Itemname, price, quantity. category, etc ). I hope you understand Currently, I have solved such problems. Earlier businessmen setup the Facebook Pixel using the Facebook & Instagram App. As current Facebook has updated many things. For this we need to setup conversion API. If we cannot send accurate data to the event manager. Then shows the problem on our Commerce Manager of catalog, Event Match Quality looks very bad. Also, Deduplicate problem. Please check Facebook pixel Requerment 👉 https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1021909254506499

As you may know, there are lots of ways to setup Facebook Pixel and Conversion API Tracking on the Shopify website 1. Manually code 2. Partner Integration 3. Facebook & Instagram App 4. Google Tag Manager

The most popular event-tracking tool here is Google Tag Manager. If you want to send accurate data to your advertising platform or analytics platform. Also If you want to optimize your ad then Google Tag Manager is the best. 👉 https://dev-freelancer-nurumiah016.pantheonsite.io/facebook-pixel-conversion-api-tracking
