Facing the same issue today,

{:error=>{:message=>"Unsupported get request. Object with ID 'XXX' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api", :type=>"GraphMethodException", :code=>100, :error_subcode=>33, :fbtrace_id=>"A32MkzFbKVAnvll3KYkHrUn"}}

Weirdly app was able to capture few leads and as I see the lead count is higher than the number of leads when I try to download the csv.

Hello everyone,

We are once again experiencing issues with the leadgen API. This is the third time just this semester, and Meta takes WEEKS to resolve a critical problem. We urgently request the highest priority on this matter.

If you need any assistance or testing, the entire community is available to help.

We have the same problem with many connections. The error does not appear consistently. Some requests related to the same connection and lead form may succeed, while others do not.

Encountering the same issue today. We receive a webhook, when there is a new lead, but then its impossible to retrieve it. Its possible to retrieve all kind of leads that are older (from yesterday, none from today). Also via the account/leads endpoint in the GraphAPI, only leads until yesterday are returned. Only in the Leads Center (UI) are all th e leads shown.

We have the same issue in Germany. We get leads via webhook and I cant retrieve the data. Also my make.com back automation does not fetch leads. I am having the issue randomly, could not find a pattern of which lead IDs I can get via https://graph.facebook.com/v19.0/{{Lead ID}} and which not.
