To display the Facebook reports data on my own website, I use the PHP SDK and right now I am retrieving the data using the following fields:

'id', 'name', 'insights {account_currency,impressions,clicks, cpm, cpp, ctr, spend, purchase_roas}', status'

However, I need more details as I mentioned in the question. Did I miss anything in the process of running the campaign that would have allowed me to capture the data? Is there something else I missed?
