One challenge I’ve encountered is that after publishing the app, many users report issues like playback buffering or app crashes in reviews, but I’m unable to replicate these problems on my test devices.

I’d like to understand how I can better track and address these user-reported issues. Are there specific tools or techniques you recommend for collecting more detailed logs or insights from real-world user environments?

Also, would it be a good idea to direct users to my website www.themagistv.com for troubleshooting tips, or would that potentially affect app review performance on the Play Store?
