I have a game published and Audience Network implemented.It says it is "In extended review". Its already past 2 weeks since audienced network was approved. This already happeded on the past where after waiting for over a month for a game exit "extended review", I decided to just delete it and try again. There is no support for Audience Network publishers.

It also says "We're reviewing your app further for around 7 days, or until enough app traffic has been evaluated. You're able to earn up to 25 USD a day during the extended review.".

But i'm not making any money, even there are ad requests.

Anyone know anything about this? How long does it take? What is their enough traffic?
