Sparingly missing leads on leadgen webhook subscribed by our app

We have checked that multiple leads are not been pushed by Meta on leadgen webhook. This is observed since 11Jul'24 and is spanning across multiple customers and all their live forms. Please let us know how to avoid this and can be get logs of the leadgenIds pushed by Meta on our subscribed webhook.
