I was able to change de whatsapp display name, but the whatsapp account name remains the same. Is it possible to change it?
For a regular WhatsApp account:
Open WhatsApp. Go to Settings (three dots in the top right corner). Tap on your profile photo. Change your name under "Name." For a WhatsApp Business account:
Open WhatsApp Business. Go to Settings (three dots in the top right corner). Tap on "Business settings", then "Profile." Change your business name under "Business name." Note: The business name can be reviewed by WhatsApp, so changes may take time.
Sadly this option is only displayed if I've created the business account from message bird. For the accounts I've created from meta, de Edit option is replaced with an option for setting the payment method.
