While editing a current app review your servers are throwing 500 HTTP errors for this API endpoint: https://developers.facebook.com/apps/(removed)/review/async/features/(removed)/notes-dialog/

The error response is cryptic and doesn't say what the problem is.

To reproduce: 1. Open a current app review request. A draft. 2. Scroll down to "How will your app use the advanced access pages_show_list permission?" 3. Click on "Complete Form" (right arrow icon button) 4. A loading popup screen comes up 5. And disappears after few seconds 6. This 500 HTTP error is thrown in the console.
