I have made an application whose only purpose is using the messeger api product as a webhook with dynamics 365, so there can be communication between facebook messenger and Dynamics 365 customer service omnichannel.

This is in a development enviroment, and my client needs to know how to request the human agent tag, i dont know how to fill the last step of the request (indicate meta testers how to the test the application), because the application is only a server-to-server api and i cant give them credentials.
