App restricted - I keep getting an 'oops something went wrong' error when trying to connect to my verified business.

My users currently can not use Facebook to log in or register. The reason is that the app was restricted because it wasn't connected to a verified business. I received no email about the need to do this.
When I try to connect the app to the business I get an 'oops' error.
How do I resolve this issue?

I am having similar issue and I dont know how to report it

Apparently there is no actual developer support. Facebook doesn't care about developers. I see tickets like this one from months ago that go unresolved.

Has anyone found any solution for the same? Getting the same error for a week now.
