Hello, I’m encountering a frustrating issue with my Facebook business verification, and I urgently need help. Despite submitting all the required documents, the Security Center shows my business was verified on September 29, 2024, but the Business Portfolio still lists it as "unverified." When I click "View Details," it just loops me back to the Security Center, which again shows it's verified.

This bug is preventing me from moving forward with critical steps like access verification and tech provider verification, which are essential for my business. I really need this resolved as soon as possible. Any support or guidance would mean a lot!
