9

In the App Dashbaord, when click on the menu Alerts -> Inbox, no messages are shown (New message badge is shown)

This problem only happen with the App ID: 297481020602080. When switch to other apps, all messages are shown normally.

The same issue affected my account in our app ID: 815054018509412. I can see a mark about alerts existing there but cannot view it. Interesting that the Alerts Inbox of the same app works nomally for another developers accounts. @Support team, please help to resolve this issue.

Same here. The javascript console in Chrome contains this error:

This error message is present on other (well-functioning) apps' Inbox as well, so I don't think this causes the disappearance issue.

You're right, it would appear to be irrelevant and the alerts inbox fails silently.
