Facebook For Developers: Cannot verify my company
2

Facebook requires me to verify my company so my app keeps active, but just starting the process I can't continue, because it asks me for a phone number that I don't have.

My company is registered in the United States, but I live in Spain, and therefore my cell phone is Spanish, but in the box where it asks for my phone number it does not give me the option to put my Spanish number (only US), and I don't know why, and without this information I cannot continue.

Direct contact with "Facebook" staff is impossible, so let's see if anyone is able to help me through this channel, that I've read is StackOverflow specific for Facebook.

I've already visited https://business.facebook.com/direct-support/, but the "Ask Question" button is disabled, and it says "All subscriptions have expired."

Thank you.

This is really frustrating (and annoying), but I have come to the conclusion that my best option will be to remove "Facebook Login" from my app.

It's definitely impossible to connect with a member of the "Facebook For Developers" team, in other words, to talk with a person. You look for a contact section in the Internet and all you can find are generic help pages full of almost nothing, because when you have such an specific issue like mine, all that bunch of information worth nothing as it does not solve your problem.

I'm not expecting to receive any kind of help here, so I will remove "Facebook Login" in my next app release (even when it is not what I really want to do).

For me it's understandable how Facebook -for example- changes their policies so often, forcing you to do constant changes (or your app will be removed), and you have problems with any of them and need their help, they're just not there.

As far as I'm concern, my downvote to Facebook.
