Hi We are saas company offers UI and bots builder for sending whatsapp messages using whatsapp cloud. Ever since we using it, when client sends marketing template message, it has a delaye of up two 1-2 minutes. if chat window is open, it sends immediately sometimes and sometimes with delay but when no chat window is open, it has always a daley. Can yu please help us with this? TNX
