When I am trying to configure the data routing for a subdomain, clicking the conform button doesn't do anything. It's been an issue we've been struggling with for the last couple of weeks with not much help.

We know there is a CNAME record created to associate the client's subdomain with our gateway instance but we physically can route the data.
