Pixel is set-up but not working

I've got a pixel set-up already through Shopify and everything in Shopify looks fine but no events are firing and the pixel isn't recording any data.

I also have the same issue, When I'm trying to see if it works through pixel helper nothing is showing up, but from the events manager there have been some events that have been recorded a few hours ago, but i don't find them accurate... I hope someone has a solution for us.....
