Hello everyone!

So I want to make my app Live - to be able to create ads. When I'm trying to switch it's state facebook offers my to add privacy policy url in basic settings. Ok, but when I'm trying to go there - I see empty page. I'm from Argentina if that matters. I tried safari, chrome, rebooting my laptop and even tried it on android phone - always see empty page (no settings whatsoever on that "basic settings" page). Meanwhile "advanced settings" opens well. What am I doing wrong and how the hell can I make my app live?
