I'd like to ask when the restircion will be released.

I received an email about the violation that our company's app has violated Platform Terms, and it was resolved on Jun 14, 2024. However, the restriction on our app is still under way. I would like to ask when the restriction will be released, and if there's anything that we need to do to resolve it, please let us know as soon as possible.

you need to appeal your violation by submiting screenshot and other proof

If it's https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/825933225713305/, the appeals page shows "None of your apps are restricted." despite a restricted app. It's a bug.
