Why App is showing not available for public users, even when we have all the advanced access for the permission we are asking

When the public users are trying to access our app they are getting error that the app is not available.

We have Advanced access of public_profile, pages_manage_metadata, pages_messaging, pages_show_list, instagram_basic, instagram_manage_comments, instagram_manage_messages, pages_read_engagement, business_management

The app is working fine for the developers but not for the users who are not developers.

Same problem here. Nobody does anything to fix it! It's hurting my business. Is there any legal way to resolve this?

I found the solution to this problem. You have to verify your app as Tech Provider. Basic Settings > Access Verification.

Once it is approved you are good to go.
