Hello everyone,
We are currently experiencing a persistent issue with test payments in our Canvas app, which has been ongoing for over six months now. When attempting a payment, the payment dialog fails to appear, and we immediately receive an error code "1383010 - User Canceled the order." Despite numerous inquiries within the community, it's unclear whether Facebook is aware of this problem.
While this issue is limited to test payments for now, we are concerned about the potential for it to affect actual user transactions in the future. Any insights or advice on how to address this would be greatly appreciated.
