Hello... I am integrating WhatsApp business API into my dot net core web API project. I can send template message to the users that are added to the recipient list in Facebook for developer site. But when I trying to send text message to the peoples' numbers who are in the list its only receive firstly added number. when I try to send to the other numbers, the text message didn't receive. but the response will shown with the 200 Success code. What can be the reason for that?
