I'm facing a challenging issue. I've developed a feature to auto-respond to Facebook page queries using the send message API. It works perfectly when I test with a personal Facebook user profile that is not added to the developer app. The auto-replies are sent without any issues, and all API and webhook functionalities work as expected.

However, when the Meta review team sends messages from what seems to be disposable or temporary profiles, my server receives the webhook, but an internal server error occurs when trying to use the send message API.

I've already submitted up to five different attempts, trying various techniques, but my app keeps getting rejected. I tested the feature with my wife's profile, and it works flawlessly. The issue only arises with the Meta review team profiles.

Can anyone help with this?
