We’ve observed that comment IDs are only being returned when we use the page token in some cases. Could you confirm if Facebook has made any changes recently regarding this behavior, and if so, whether these changes have been officially reported?

We're still using an older version.

"applies to all versions" ... Do you use PPCA or what type of token you use when they are not returned?
