This is the eleventh permission request. We believe that there may be some internal blockage in Facebook's analytics access to our website. We have done numerous tests and checked the logs at the time the analytics accessed from Phillippines and we have not received any errors. Below are some of the arguments used to reject the ads_read permission:
1) We are unable to proceed with the application verification process for your website because the test URL you provided did not load correctly, as this leads to a connection problem error "This site cannot be reached". Response: Our website is 100% operational, with no errors in the callback URL we provided. We have verified within the path: APP > Facebook Login for Business > Settings > Redirect URI Validator. All the URLs provided are operational, we received the message: This is a valid redirect URI for this application.
2) You will not be able to use the Facebook test account provided because it requires a 6-digit code. Please be aware that 2-factor authentication for the test account has been disabled. Answer: We removed the two-factor authentication from the test user provided in the user guide so that Facebook reviewers could access the test account we created.
3)During our review, we discovered that your app's privacy policy does not follow our Platform Terms. Answer: The policies are available on every page of our app. We even showed in the video, clicking inside the Facebook login page and the links are valid.
4) At the moment, the Facebook Login button is not working properly in your app. When clicked, the button should take the user immediately to the page to log in with Facebook, and the user should be able to successfully access their Facebook account. Answer: We have improved the experience and when clicking the login button, the user is redirected to the Facebook login. The test account we provided should be used to verify the ads_read permission as we are requesting in this long and bureaucratic approval process.
5) App Rejected - Unable to approve the permission request. Developer Policy 1.9 - Build a quality product. During review, we were unable to approve your submitted permissions or features and will not be able to approve the app for use. Answer: Our application was developed using the best programming technologies on the market to help our clients analyze their marketing campaigns in an efficient and personalized manner. We follow the market's programming standards and there are already users accessing our product. The translation by Facebook is harming us financially. Other competitors, such as Google, have already granted us access to the requested copyright laws.
The analysis should be recorded and sent to the requester so we can identify the problem.
