keep getting restricted, also theres a bug where i cant appeal about the restriction

has anyone else been having this issue? cant really do anything while im restricted is there a way to open a ticket to Meta?

Facebook "support" directly sends us to this forum, no matter the topic, since I was in contact with them recently and they did recommend me posting here too. We're not here by choice, rest assured
