This ticket pertains to an inconsistency with our on-premises WABA setup for a customer.

We're experiencing an issue where the configured webhook fails to trigger consistently. Our environment utilizes the v2.55.1 version of the WhatsApp Docker image. Notably, other WABA instances on the same server function as expected.

The Problem:

The webhook occasionally fails to be called, even though messages are received by the docker container. This behavior appears to affect every other message: if a user sends two messages, the webhook might only be triggered for one. screenshot attached
