I try to add a new receipient to test number account, everytime it said the 'code sent success', but the number never recevice the verify code.

i already have one number on list, I have try to delete and add it back, I can receive the code !!!! but I can't add the second one

anyone face same problem ? I search this forum, I found not only me have this problem, but no one have solve
