I've a number of failed app review submissions for this now.

I've created a new Facebook account specifically for testing. That new user account has been added to the App Roles to allow it access for testing. I have provided these credentials when I submit the review. The screencast I submitted along with the text description shows me using these tests credentials to log into Facebook. My screencast shows them working. However, I get this message:

"We have determined that your app's use case for the requested permission is valid. However, we are unable to complete the app verification because we are unable to follow your test instructions and replicate them. The credentials you provided did not work because of an incorrect login or password."

Another issue I'm having is that I need ads_read and ads_management permission. When I apply for these the system forces me to also apply for pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement permissions. I have submitted videos to explain the entire use case of each permission showing the dependancy but I'm struggling to figure what more information I can provide.

Anyone else having this issue or found a way to explain in a better way to the reviewer?
