We received this message from Facebook:

Developer Policy 1.2 - App is not loading or has broken functionality Platform affected: Website We found that the app did not load properly or had issues that prevented us from completing our review. Common examples of this include broken integrations and interface failures (such as broken buttons or links). This violates Developer Policy 1.2.

We offer Fabeook authentication to our users. Our website is working normally. We get new users every day. The sign-up integration is working. Users can log in with no issues. The log-in feature is working.

We provide photos, videos, and detailed text describing how to sign up and sign in.

All of them were not enough.

Our answers were rejected with no additional info.

Hey Renan,

Did you provide credentials to Meta team to let them review the app by themselves? Or could you hear anything else from them?

Hi Renan,

We are in the same situation, the app was restricted and we provided them videos and credentials, the website works fine, we can't identify the issue with FB, and the information Facebook provided us is not clear.

it's very frustrating this situation

We just got "approved/resolved". The reason was they were testing the wrong application (we have V1 and V2 of the app). We then shared a testing account which they were not able to use (they can't copy a password properly) so we shared a 1password secret where they can just click copy and that went through.

Hope this helps.
