A couple of comments:

1. The issue does not occur if you use your mobile. It only occurs on desktop.
2. I've been exchanging messages with Meta Support and 5 hours ago they notified that they've now been able to identify the root cause and they're working on a fix.

This is the exact message I received:

We're now able to reproduce this issue on our side and we're now investigating this issue. Will keep you updated. In the meanwhile, please refer to our status page: https://metastatus.com/whatsapp-business-api
