Rejection due to CDN URL

Notes from your reviewer: Hi Team,

The use case and screencast are valid, but the CDN URL link is not. Please make sure that the Link is in this format: (https://lookaside.fbsbx.com/ig_messaging_cdn/).

  1. We have done the testing and sharing the url that we have captured, which is aligned to the CDN url you are looking for. We are really unable to understand, what more needs to be done.
  2. We are not storing the image anywhere externally and the image url is as received from Meta.

While our Webhook logs clearly show that the CDN URL format is as per the Meta App submission guidelines, we still are facing rejections by the app reviewer without clear instructions on what exactly needs to be solved. This is the 25th rejection that we have received and there are no clear guidelines on exactly what is been expected, and how we can address it. Need immediate and urgent resolution as this is affecting our business.
