How to reload a facebook instant game for andorid/Ios facebook application

I am using document.location.reload(); It is working for web version of instant game but not working in android and ios devices in facebook application. could somebody tell why i am facing this issue and have some solution for this.

After initializeAsync the startGameAsync does not executes it does not provide callback of sucess and error we need to resolve this issue on ASAP could somebody help ?
