Need more details to resolve Platform 7.a violation

Our app is live and I need to resolve a Platform 7.a violation to retain access - we have 5 more days. I've tried quite a few times with very detailed steps and working credentials but I keep getting the exact same reason in response, with no further details:

"Reason for this request We are unable to review all features on this app because payment or membership is required to access the full functionality. Any access codes that may have been previously provided to us have expired."

I've checked that the access codes I provided work many times, so they shouldn't be a problem. I need some more details to work with.

Same problem. Looks like a lot of people have this problem and Facebook is not helping in resolving this issue. Transparency from Facebook is 0! If there is anybody who knows how to solve this, let us all know.
