Hi, I am configuring my app to link it to my website, but in the last step where I need to go to the instagram app to accept the role of tester I don't see that step and it doesn't let me continue, what can I do?

when I enter to install platform, and I must eeligr website that is where I want to install the instagram ppa, the option appears disabled, what can I do?
